Summer Picnic Wedding Shoot For Bridal Guide Magazine
Our outdoor picnic wedding photo shoot for Bridal Guide Magazine took place in a gorgeous Virginia park. The spread was filled with colorful, tasty creations and stunning, berry-colored blooms. The bride stole the show with a vintage-inspired look and robust bouquet while the groom looked dapper in chambray and suspenders. The bridesmaids matched the berry decor in romantic dresses, perfect for a picnic affair! Laid on a white cloth and surrounded by a wall of flowers, the picnic was abundantly supplied with tarts, fresh fruit, French bread, strawberry macaroons. A vintage phonograph set the mood, while each guest received a personal tray, set with china, ribbons, and darling teacups for them to dine on. We were especially smitten with the bride’s bouquet – an overflowing assortment of tulips, roses, blackberries, grapes, raspberries, and trailing leaves. It was so over the top, and made the perfect focal point for this picnic wedding shoot! On top of an antique trunk, a beautiful crystal punch bowl held matching teacups from its rim. The cake was picnic-perfect, with each layer adorned with fresh berries. Even the stationery tied in the pleasant outdoor theme with burgundy and wood accents. The warm and charmingly vintage picnic made our heart beat just a little bit faster for pure romance!
