Southern Wedding Press Luncheon

Our gold and white Southern wedding inspired shoot for My Domaine used rich greens, gold tones, and creamy ivories to capture the essence of a warm day in the islands. The overall vibe of the shoot was inspired by Ernest Hemingway and elegant sophistication. Framed by a perfect glass backdrop that let in natural light, the long white reception table utilized both delicate gold details and large tropical leaves in tall centerpieces. Dainty gold-rimmed plates and flatware held menus and place cards, while rose-tinted cups matched the small bouquets of peonies and hydrangeas. Underneath a lantern garlanded with falling orchids, three charming white cakes complete with gold leaf details were displayed on gilded stands. The bride’s sleeveless ivory gown mirrored the simple elegance of the reception, and her bridesmaids’ graceful dresses were not far from her own color in pale blushes and neutrals. While the bridesmaids held petite bouquets of white hydrangeas, the bride’s bouquet was a lovely combination of white roses, calla-lilies, and intricate leaves. We fell in love with the light and airy atmosphere of the occasion and delighted in every charming detail! This white southern wedding was truly one for the books, and we loved to see it featured on MyDomaine.
