When should I hire social media help?

In our experience, there are three signs it’s time to ask for social media help.

2) Your social media feed doesn’t reflect your brand. A cohesive Instagram feed takes time to curate. If you don’t have the time or expertise, our social media managers are available to help.

How do you measure success on social media?

We use various analytics for our social media clients — with engagement being a key indicator. Likes, comments, and follows all play a role. Your social media manager will track these numbers on your account, and adjust the strategy, as needed, to meet your goals.

What information do you need from me to manage my social media?

You provide us with a digital folder of content (including vendor credits) and complete a new client questionnaire so we can get a feel for your voice and a sense of your brand goals. From there, we’ll jump in and handle the rest.

Do you use the same approach with all of your social media clients?

Nope! We develop a custom social media strategy for each and every one of our social media clients. From the overall aesthetic to the individual hashtags, your social media strategy will be tailored to your needs and reflect your unique online presence.
