Modern Blue Shoot for Marriott's Westdrift Hotel
The westdrift hotel in Manhattan Beach brought us on board to produce a modern wedding shoot to promote their new property and create usable wedding content for advertising and marketing materials. Inspired by the glamorous coastal feel of the hotel design, we created a modern blue wedding inspiration shoot with beachy details that was then featured on Green Wedding Shoes. This photo shoot was absolutely stunning and we felt as if it greatly exemplified the overall look and feel of the hotel itself – We adored the final result! The flowers displayed throughout the reception, as well as the bridal bouquet, were all timeless and elegant. The color palette of the shoot consisted of whites, creams, light and pastel blues, as well as pops of gold. The entire color palette meshed effortlessly together, displaying an all-time simple yet classic look. The different blue shades of the bridesmaids’ dresses flowed perfectly with the bride’s exquisite white dress, adding to the wedding’s tasteful and coastal vibe. For the ceremony, a large arrangement of flowers was beautifully draped down the gazebo trellis, wonderfully matching the bride’s floral bouquet. For the reception, we were obsessed with the bride and groom’s intricate white chairs as well as the impeccable layout of the reception’s table scene. The beautiful light blue velvet table runner, the blue and gold glasses vintage glasses, the stunning floral centerpieces, and of course the charming scenery tied the entire photo shoot together – Such a lovely place for a wedding!
