Intimate Tuscan-Inspired Dinner Party At Sunstone Winery
We produced this intimate Tuscan inspired dinner party event at Sunstone Winery with an amazing vendor team and top catering company for a select group of Santa Barbara event professionals. The views were amazing, and the food was incredible. It was a night to remember! Our catering PR client brought us on board to help them produce a tasting event for a group of new planners in Santa Barbara so they could network with new people and show off their amazing tasting menu. We chose Sunstone Winery because of the intimate feel and ultra-Instagrammable views. The wine was a plus, too! We brought on board tabletop rentals and a floral designer to really bring our lavender Tuscan-inspired vision to life with organic overgrown arrangements, purple glassware, and cute lavender pom-pom napkins. Each guest had a custom place setting with their name in calligraphy and a menu that included all of our vendors and creative partners so they could be shared and tagged on social media. For appetizers, we had mini-pizzas and an amazing cheese, olive oil, and balsamic bar for guests to enjoy. After mingling, we sat down for a 4-course meal that included incredible pasta dishes and Italian-inspired desserts. It was truly a magical night that we and the guests won’t soon forget!
